Digital Data Analyst purpose is to support the growth of the company’s customer base in a scalable, data-driven and cost-efficient manner. We focus on the 4 key areas – marketing technology, tracking, measurements, and analytics.
The role will work closely with the data engineer to ensure the digital marketing team can track and measure the customer journey and conversion funnel. This role will provide actionable insights to all digital teams which will ultimately increase the company’s ROI.

Key Objective of Role
The Digital Data Analyst will be responsible for tracking and reporting of all digital media.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Setup tracking of web and mobile events for analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GTM, AppsFlyer, Amplitude)
- Calculate costs and revenue from all paid media by combining multiple data sources
- Analyze data from Facebook, Google, Direct Media etc and provide insights to the digital team
- Build custom dashboards for digital (Data Studio, Google Analytics, Amplitude)
- Implement A/B testing structure and reporting for digital traffic
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Basic data prep, cleaning and matching
- Efficiently use task management tools for tracking and execution of tasks
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to achieve the goals of the department
- Gathers and maintains projects-related documents
