Digital Project Manager – Digital Marketing
As a Digital Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our Digital Marketing related projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Project manager’s responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Digital project managers should have a background in business and management skills, analysis and technology. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate systems, tools and techniques to control project performance, manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Manage relationships with the stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities
- Develop communication plans, manage project communications
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven 3+ years of working experience in organisational project management (finance sector as advantage)
- Excellent internal communication, written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
- Experience in business process description, optimisation and reengineering
- Strong analytical skills (data analysis skills as an advantage)
- Financial Markets and trading operations understanding as an advantage
- Project Management certification is a plus (PMP / PRINCE II)
- Understanding of the Agile methodology (Scrum framework)
- Strategic mindset and ability to foresee upcoming opportunities and threats
